Powering next generation Visual Inspection
We deliver high return on investment with low risk to factories where automation is high and visual quality matters.
Imaging station
The imaging stations are designed to capture high quality images in demanding conditions.
Software
The decision making model classifies production. The analytics and model management tools are accessible from control point or remotely.
Response
The desired action is transmitted to an automation system or can be given by visual- or audio signal.

Imaging station
Our modular imaging stations cover most of the applications whether the material inspected is located on conveyor belt or on stationary inspection point. For special cases we build custom imaging stations. Finally, feel free to use your existing imaging station or build it by yourself. All we need is images where the information is visible in order to make the decision.

The process
- Use case discussion – We will have a quick conversation about your application
- Demo – We demonstrate the solution, preferably with actual material
- Hardware installation – Installation takes 2-5 days in most cases
- Creating your training data – We collect examples from different classes (e.g. defects).
- Model training and deployment
- Get ready for Zero Defect production

FAQ
What is the maximum size of a material inspected?
We can increase the camera distance to material inspected and therefore cover a wider area. Another option is to mount multiple cameras parallel which doesn’t compromise resolution.
How small defects is the system able to detect?
The system can be taught to detect anything which can be seen from an image. Therefore, for microscopic size defects we need microscope images and on the other hand for bigger identifiable areas regular industrial cameras are sufficient.
Can the system handle line speed x?
Most likely yes. Line speed affects light and camera selection and in high speed conditions we use intense lightning with high frame rate.
Can I measure objects?
Yes. The system measures and saves the statistics automatically. To enable the most accurate measuring we integrate laser distance sensors.
How to communicate with an automation system?
The software has ready-made drivers with the most common automation systems. The signal can also be given by light or sound.
